
First Arriving and Advanced Problem Solving (APS) worked together to visualize your data from APS which includes multiple modules outlined below.

- Daily Operational Calendar
- Open Reports
- Fields include:
- Incident Number
- Officer in Charge
- NOC / Call Type
- Date/Time of Incident
- Color-coded entries of either green, yellow and red to indicate how long an entry has been open.
- Optional sorting to show red entries first
- Color-coding criteria customizable
- Fields include:
- Turnout Time Dials
- Displays the number of runs represented
- Percentage of acceptable turnout time against a benchmark you provide
- Sort by unit, station, shift, and department wide
- On Scene Times
- Displays the number of runs represented
- Percentage of acceptable turnout time against a benchmark you provide
- Sort by unit, station, shift, and department wide
What We Need:
- Let APS know you would like to integrate with your account.
- They will provide information to us via SFTP.
- Please note that Data / API access could be an additional charge by the vendor. This is determined by the vendor and not by First Arriving.
