Managing your login information is quick and easy to do. This article will show you step by step on how to easily reset and chance your password within the system.

Signing into the Portal 

To access the portal, go to https://portal.firstarrivingdigital.com/

If you do not already have a login for the portal, please email dashboards@firstarriving.com for access.

Resetting Your Password

Unable to Sign In

If you know your email address for your login but do not remember your password, you can simply click the 'Forgot Your Password' link

Enter in your email address and hit 'Send Password Reset Link'

Check your email for the reset confirmation. Click the 'Reset Password' button in the email.

Be sure to check your spam folder if you cannot locate the email. 

You will be automatically taken to the page below, where you can select your new password. 

Once you have chosen your new password, you'll be automatically logged into the dashboard home page. The password requires at least 8 characters. 

Changing your password while signed in

 Click on the icon in the upper right corner and select 'My Account'

You will be taken to you account page, where you can change your password at your discretion
