First Arriving's integration with FMX will bring maintenance requests for your facility directly onto your dashboards. Our integration with their API allows crews to see all requests, the type and even who's responsible. 

Features Include:

  • Title of Request
  • Type of issue
  • Location / Building
  • Date created
  • Current Status (such as Pending)
  • Assigned personnel

What We Need:

• Username and Password to access the API
• Department Specific URL, for example department_name.gofmx.com
• Please note that Data / API access could be an additional charge by the vendor.  This is determined by the vendor and not by First Arriving.
