First Arriving seamlessly incorporates Police Detail Tracking System (Police DTS), offering automated scheduling data to be shown directly on your First Arriving Dashboards. When changes are made within PoliceDTS, they will be reflected on your dashboards automatically. 

Features Include:

•  Show Current Day's Roster
  • Name
  • Shift / Type of work, such as Detail
  • Time of day scheduled

What We Need:

• Active account with PoliceDTS
• Reach out to Account Manager with PoliceDTS to ask about integrating with First Arriving
  • Their team will know what you need and provide it to you!
• Please note that Data / API access could be an additional charge by the vendor.  This is determined by the vendor and not by First Arriving.
