Here are instructions on reordering Team posts.
Let's say that we want to move Paul Chizmar from the first position under Chief Officers to the fourth position:
Log in to Wordpress, and click the Re-Order link under Team:
Click the appropriate sorting tab:
Go to the Manual Order list that should be visible below. (If Sort List Settings are visible, just scroll below it.) Drag and drop Paul to the appropriate location in the list:
Click the Update button to save the change.
Reload the frontend page to check your work:
