Sending First Arriving Sensitive Information

As part of our dashboard implementation or support process, we may request certain sensitive information from you to connect various integrations to your dashboard. In order to limit access to this information, we request that you use our First Arriving Secrets Tool.

What Qualifies as Sensitive Information?

  • SFTP / FTP credentials
  • API credentials
  • Username / password combinations
  • If you aren't sure if what you're sending is sensitive, it's best to follow this guide regardless.


Using the First Arriving Secrets Tool

  1. Enter your message in the text area that says "Secret content goes here..."
  2. Leave the "Passphrase" field empty.
  3. Leave the "Expiration Time" at the default value of "Expires in 7 days"
  4. Click "Create link"
  5. Copy the provided link. It should look like "https://secrets.firstarrivingdigital.com/secret/somerandomcharacters"
  6. You may copy this link into a new or existing ticket so that we can access your secret message content. Once we open it, the secure link will no longer be accessible.
